We are thrilled to announce that Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (ACLAS) has been officially accredited by the European Association for Higher Education Advancement (EAHEA), marking a significant milestone in our institution's commitment to educational excellence.
About the Accreditation
On February 7, 2025, ACLAS was granted accreditation status (ID: 25OA0207281) by EAHEA, following a comprehensive evaluation process. The accreditation audit, conducted by Lead Auditor Dr. Koit Kaljurand, awarded our institution an impressive average grade of 3.5 (Very Good) on EAHEA's 4-point scale.
EAHEA is a respected European-based non-governmental, independent, and international quality assurance organization that has been evaluating educational institutions since 1997. Their accreditation standards are rigorous and focus on maintaining the highest quality of education at an international level.
What This Means for Our Students
This accreditation validates our commitment to:
- Administrative responsibility - ensuring proper facilities, qualified staff, and continuous quality improvement
- Institutional integrity - maintaining transparent admission procedures and student support services

While we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on our mission to provide accessible, high-quality education through our avocational distance education and online learning programs. We will continue to build upon the strong foundation that earned us this recognition.
