ACLAS Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The Promoter: Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“you”, “your”) and Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in relation to the ACLAS Affiliate Program (the “Program ”). By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to:
(a) be bound by the Terms (as may be amended by ACLAS at any time) stated herein, which are in addition to and subject to ACLAS’s Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (“Relevant Laws”);
(b) be bound by the Promoter’s decisions, which are final in all matters relating to these Terms and the Program; and
(c) that no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
These Terms are available on (“Website“). All changes will be posted in revised Terms on the Website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program. ACLAS reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, in whole or in part, as outlined below.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Program will be available for participation from 00:00am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Jan 21, 2025 at 8:00 PST until the announcement of termination of the program (“Participation Period“). Please visit world time database to determine local time. ACLAS reserves the right to renew the Program for subsequent periods and will update these terms accordingly.
ELIGIBILITY
Anyone may be a referrer in the Program (“Advocate”) so long as (a) you are from any country; (b) you are at least eighteen (18) years old or you have reached the age of majority in your state/jurisdiction/country of permanent residence, whichever is higher; (c) you have internet access and an email address; and (d) you have a valid and active ACLAS account in good standing.
If you are not an existing student at ACLAS, you are only eligible to apply for affiliate program, if you have:
(a) Complete one of the programs (MBA/ MCS/ DBA) in our website
(b) Complete the full payment of the program you have applied
(c) Demonstrated active participation in the program, such as engaging with course content, completed all the tutorials and received the certificate and transcript
(d) Ensure you have a PayPal account which can make the withdrawals of the commissions (Other payment methods are not accepted)
Businesses, corporations or other entities of any kind, are also eligible to participate in the Program. To learn more, please email to [email protected] to know the application process and eligibility.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND MAKE A REFERRAL
To participate in the Program , you must refer a friend or family member who: (a) is at least eighteen (18) years old or has reached the age of majority in their state/jurisdiction/country of residence (b) has not previously signed up in ACLAS education platform before. Participants who make referrals are known as “Affiliator(s)“. Participants who receive referrals are known as “User(s)“.
Affiliator can obtain a referral link for the Program (“Share and Earn Link”) as follows:
- Affiliator can copy the “Share and Earn” link below the “Apply Now” button from the MBA/ DBA/ MCS program page that they want to share
Affiliators may make referrals by following the on-screen instructions to refer Users as follows:
- Affiliator can copy the Referral Link and share it with users via the Advocate’s personal communication channels, such as email or direct message on a social media platform; such message is referred to herein as a “Referral Message.” In each Referral Message, Advocate must clearly explain that he or she will receive a reward for each Friend that makes an eligible enrollment or purchase, as applicable, using the Referral Link and the date on which the Referral Link will expire. Failure to make this disclosure is a violation of these Terms and may result in your immediate termination from the Program, disqualification from future participation, and forfeiture of any reward owed to you as a result of your participation in the Program.
- Affiliator needs to inform the user that he/ she should not logged out from the website in the browser during the process. Your user must complete sign up process within the cookie window after clicking the referral link that is shared by affiliator. Please ensure the user remains logged in during the process to track the referral successfully. If the user has logged out during the process, please note that this would not be counted as referral.
AFFILIATOR COMMISSIONS
Affiliator Commissions: Affiliator will receive a commission of 7.5% on the full amount of program once User has (a) completed the full payment of the program, (b) not request of any refund and suspend of studies.
Affiliate Rewards will be limited to only a user’s first program that he/she decides. Please note that subsequent enrollments by the same user will not qualify for additional commissions.
After the user has signed up for a program through the affiliate’s referral link, the commission will be reflected in the “Total affiliate earnings” section on the affiliate history page. However, the earnings will not yet appear in the available balance.
The available balance will show the total earnings only after the user has completed full payment and the payment has been verified by our course administrators.
TERMS OF WITHDRAWING COMMISSIONS
Affiliate Commissions (collectively the “Commission” or “Commissions”) cannot be transferred to other payment methods besides PayPal account that affiliator has registered in the affiliate application.
Time Limit: Rewards may be redeemed any time during the Participation Period once exceed the minimum withdrawal amount.
Limit: One (1) Reward redemption per person.
Withdrawal Limit: Minimum available balance of $ 50
Transfer Fee: According to PayPal Transfer Policy, please note that there is a transfer fee that will apply to all transactions. Affiliators will acknowledge the cost of this transfer fee, meaning the final amount received in the PayPal account will be the total withdrawal amount minus the applicable transfer fee.
If a user has multiple referrers, the commission will be credited to the affiliator whose link was accessed last when the user completed the sign up; all other affiliators will automatically be invalidated.
In the affiliate history page, there will have:
(a) Total affiliate earnings: the total amount that you will receive once user successfully completed the full payment and verified by course administrator
(b) Available balance: the total amount that has verified by course administrator and ready to withdraw
(c) Pending balance: the amount that is hold by course administrator and not available yet. It could be including: (i) User’s installment payment has not completed in full amount (ii) Request of withdrawal is currently processing
Commissions are subject to verification. ACLAS reserves the right to delay or refuse to issue a commission if ACLAS in its reasonable opinion believes that an Affiliator and/or User has not complied with these Terms or acted in a fraudulent or deceptive manner.
PROHIBITION ON BULK DISTRIBUTION (“SPAM”)
An Affiliator’s Referral Link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except to obtain Affiliate Commission(s), and it must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
If an Affiliator sends a Referral Message, such Advocate is considered the actual sender of the Referral Message and must comply with all Relevant Laws, including without limitation the CAN-SPAM Act (for US residents). Affiliate Messages must be created and distributed in a personal, non-commercial manner that is appropriate and customary for communications. Bulk distribution of Affiliate Messages, distribution to strangers, or any other conduct that is contrary to these Terms or to the spirit of the Program is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action.
Affiliates who do not comply with the Relevant Laws are obligated to indemnify ACLAS against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such non-compliance with Relevant Laws, and will subjected to SUSPENDED OF AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
TERMINATION OF PROGRAM
The Program is offered at the discretion of ACLAS, and ACLAS reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Program, these Terms, the Commissions, conditions of participation, or any other aspect of the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, should a virus, bug, technical problem, participant fraud or misconduct, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of ACLAS corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Program. Changes to the Terms and any period of suspension or termination will be posted on the Website. In the event of termination due to the reasons including (a) break the image of ACLAS, (b) complete unusual and inappropriate activities and where viable, affiliator’s account will be suspended and not able to withdraw all the available balance in the account.
Termination of withdrawal will happen when (a) users select installment payment while using affiliator’s referral link to sign up, at the same time the user has cancelled the studies or issued a refund. You are not eligible to withdraw the amount when your user does so.
You understand that the most recent version of the Terms will be available here. Your continued participation in the Program following any modification of these Terms will indicate your acceptance of any modification to the Terms hereof. You may object to the modification to the Program and/or its Terms by no longer participating.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
By participating in this Program, you agree that ACLAS will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, resulting from any use of the Program, any failure or delay by ACLAS in connection with the Program, or the performance or non-performance of the Program by ACLAS, even if ACLAS has been advised of the possibility of damages. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information.
ACLAS makes no warranty of any kind regarding the Program, which is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Subject to applicable law, ACLAS expressly excludes all conditions, terms, representations, statements, undertakings, obligations and warranties, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, whether expressed or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade to the fullest extent permitted by law. ACLAS is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Program, including without limitation that the Program will be error-free, or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information distributed with respect to the Program. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ABOVE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Information collected about you and your Friend(s) will be used in accordance with ACLAS’s Privacy Notice, located at Privacy Policy.
This Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and ACLAS relating to the Program and replace any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the Program. Any disputes arising from the Program or these Terms will be subject to the relevant provisions in ACLAS’s Terms and Conditions, located at Terms & Condition.
