Refund Policy

At Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (ACLAS), we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience for our students. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our MBA or DBA programs.

1. One-Time Payment

All fees for MBA and DBA programs are collected as a one-time payment upon enrollment. We do not offer installment payment plans.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, the fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after enrollment is completed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or other serious conditions, students may submit a written request for consideration. The decision to grant any refund, partial or otherwise, is at the sole discretion of the Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences administration. Requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation supporting the exceptional circumstance.

4. Course Cancellation by College

If Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences cancels a course for any reason, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fees. The refund process will be initiated automatically, and students will be notified via email.

5. Deferral Policy

Students who wish to defer their enrollment to a future term may do so by submitting a request prior to the start of the program. The deferral request is subject to approval by the administration. The fees paid will be applied to the future term without additional charges. However, if the student decides not to enroll after deferral, no refund will be provided.

6. Appeals Process

If a student believes that their situation warrants a reconsideration of the refund policy, they may submit a formal appeal. The appeal must include a detailed explanation of the circumstances and any relevant documentation. Appeals will be reviewed by a committee, and the decision of the committee will be final.
