At Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, we are dedicated to providing a superior educational experience for our students. To maintain clarity and transparency, please carefully review our refund policy prior to enrolling in any of our MBA, DBA, or MCS programs.
All fees associated with the MBA, DBA, and MCS programs can be paid in full as a one-time payment or through an installment payment plan upon enrollment. Please note that if the installment payment plan is chosen, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Upon completion of the payment and confirmation of enrollment, fees are generally regarded as non-refundable. However, in situations where a student has made an overpayment, we will process a refund for the excess amount. These refunds will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.
In cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as severe illness or other serious conditions that hinder the continuation of education, students may submit a formal written request for consideration. The decision to grant any refund (partial or full) rests solely with the administration of Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. All requests must be substantiated with proper documentation supporting the exceptional circumstances.
In instances where Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences finds it necessary to cancel a course for any reason, enrolled students shall receive a full refund of the affected course fees. The refund will be processed automatically, and students will be notified via email.
Students wishing to defer their enrollment to a subsequent term may request a deferral prior to the commencement of the program. Such requests will be subject to the approval of the administration. Fees paid will be credited towards the future term without incurring any additional charges. Nevertheless, in cases where a student opts not to enroll following deferral, no refund will be granted.
If a student believes that their situation warrants a reconsideration of the refund policy, they may submit a formal appeal. The appeal must include a detailed explanation of the circumstances and any relevant documentation. Appeals will be reviewed by a committee, and the decision of the committee will be final.
For any inquiries regarding our refund policy, or to formally submit a request or appeal, please reach out to our admissions office at:

By enrolling in our MBA, DBA, or MCS programs, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the stipulations of this refund policy. We strongly encourage all prospective students to gain a thorough understanding of this policy before proceeding with any payments.
