What is the teaching model at ACLAS?

ACLAS offers 100% online courses in a self-paced mode, allowing students to study anytime, anywhere, with the flexibility to schedule their learning time.

Are there any scholarships available?

We do not provide scholarships as our program has reflected affordable pricing. However, if you meet any financial issues, you can do an installment payment for your programs. 

What payment methods are supported?

We currently support PayMyTuition, and PayPal, Western Union and Cryptocurrency as our third-party payment gateway. Common credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa) are also accepted in PayMyTuition, PayPal and Western Union.

You may choose the method that best suits your needs on the payment page while selecting your program to purchase.

Is there any additional charge if using PayMyTuition to pay tuition fees?

No, there are no additional charges when using PayMyTuition to pay your tuition fees. There are different payment choices, and we will highly encourage you to choose to pay with bank transfer.  It’s a cost-effective option for international payments, offering competitive exchange rates without hidden fees. However, the use of credit cards and e-wallets will include convenience fees to your quote. These fees are charged by the payment processor for the use of these payment options. We may have the right to require full payment.

What is the examination process like?

Our examination process consists of two stages:

During your studies, you are required to complete all the required quizzes in each course. 

Then, you will be able to apply for the transcript after you make the full payment to view the exam result. 

How can I verify the degree I obtained?

If anyone would like to verify your certificate, you may direct them to this page at Certificate Verification. When you key in the Certificate ID, recruiters and institutions can instantly confirm the authenticity of your credentials and ensure that you are an official student in Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

 

Can I retake my test?

You may retake a quiz or test as many times as needed to achieve the result you’re aiming for. Just keep in mind that only the date and score of your most recent attempt will appear on your transcript.

What if I can't complete my studies within the selected study period?

With our self-paced online programs, you have the flexibility to complete your studies at your own pace. If you’re unable to finish within the initially selected study period, there are no additional fees. You can take the time you need and complete the program whenever it suits your schedule.

Will the degree certificate mention "online"?

No, the degree certificate will not mention that it was obtained online. It will simply state “MBA,” just like a traditional degree, ensuring that your qualification holds the same value and recognition.

Is there an installment payment plan available?

Our program does not offer traditional financial aid such as grants or scholarships. However, we provide the program at a very competitive price to ensure accessibility. For those who need assistance, we offer a flexible payment plan that allows you to pay for the program in installments. Please note that you must complete full payment and finish the course before receiving the certified certificate. However, please note that each transaction for installment will include a $2 progression fee due to the administration work process. Feel free to view the guide here to understand the process.

How to become your affiliator?

To Become an Affiliator, 

  • Once signed up, hover your profile icon and click “become an affiliator”

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email in 3 business days.

Do you have any other programs?

Can I access course materials after I complete the program?

Yes, upon completion, you will retain access to all course materials, allowing you to revisit key lessons whenever needed.

Are classes live or pre-recorded?

All classes are pre-recorded, which means you can access them whenever it works for you. This format allows for maximum flexibility and is ideal for those balancing studies with other responsibilities

Any graduation ceremony?

Apologies, since we are only offering online programs to our students, so we do not hold any physical or online graduation ceremony. We have prepared a detailed guide to help you get ready for your graduation photos and commencement, including tips on caps, gowns, and more. Please view the full guide here

About MCS

Since our course syllabus might be different from other universities that offer MS degrees in Computer Science, we are open to welcome you to study our Master of Computer Science.

I have signed up at the website, what's next?

After signing up, you will receive an official email with instructions on the next steps to continue your enrollment. Please choose the program that you are interested to pursue for study and make the payment. Once you’ve completed your registration, you will be redirected to the payment page for your program. After your payment is processed (usually within 1-2 business days), we will send you a confirmation email and grant access to your course materials.

Please wait patiently between 1-2 business days (except weekends, public holidays) as our line is normally busy operating. 

How can I pay for the program?

After signing up, You will receive an official email from us. You will be guided to take the next step to continue enrolling in your program in the email. After you complete your registration, you’ll be automatically redirected to the payment page for your program. If not, you may just select as following and click “Apply Now” to start your payment:

When can I start the program?

You will receive a payment confirmation and course assignment email after you have completed the payment. Please note that your payment will be verified between 3 to 5 business days (except weekends and public holidays). Once your payment has confirmed and verified by our course administrator, you can be able to start your program.

About Affiliate Program

What are the criteria of becoming an affiliator?

We are open to anyone who is interested to be a part of this program. Please take note of the following important guidelines:

(1) Maintain a Positive Image: You must uphold a positive image and avoid any behavior that could negatively affect the reputation of our college or affiliate program.

(2) Adhere to Terms and Conditions: You are required to follow the terms and conditions of the affiliate program.

(3) Accurate Promotion: You must not use misleading or false information when promoting the program.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. 

How much commissions can I get?

You can get as much commissions as you can get when you refer more users to sign up and complete the payment. You can get a commission of 7.5% per program of what user has signed up. Please note that the commission is only counted on the first program user has signed up with your referral link, subsequent enrollments by the same user will not qualify for additional commissions.

For which programs can I receive commissions?

You can earn commissions for every program referral. Please ensure you click the “Share and Earn” button on each program page or “referral link” in your affiliate history dashboard, and make sure your friend signs up using the referral link you shared. You may read the guide here

When can I get commissions?

You will receive commissions once your friend has successfully completed the full payment for the program. However, if any issues happened during the process, such as a refund, your referral commission will be temporarily on hold.

Can I earn commissions multiple times from a single user?
No, you can only earn a commission from a user’s first program that he/she decides. Subsequent enrollments by the same user will not qualify for additional commissions. 

Yes, you will receive commissions for each eligible program that is purchased within the cookie window. Please ensure the user remains logged in during the process to track the referral successfully. If the user has logged out during the process, please note that this would not be counted as referral. 

What to do if my user accidentally signed out from the website during the process?

No worries, your user can click on the referral link you share again to continue completing the sign up & purchase process. Just to ensure that it should be done within the cookie window.

Can my user complete the payment later?

Yes, if the payment is not yet completed, it’s okay.

Please ensure that they have signed up with the referral link you have shared in this step. 

When the user decided to complete the payment, he/she can go to the “My Bundles” section to continue and complete their payment at a later time.

How can I know my total affiliate earnings?

After you successfully applied for becoming our affiliator, you can hover over your profile icon, and you will be able to see “affiliate history” 

In Affiliate History, you will be able to see:

A) Total affiliate earnings

B) Available Balance

C) Pending Balance

What is the payment method that can make withdrawal?

The withdrawals can only be processed via PayPal and to the account ID you submit while you filled up in the affiliate application. 

Can I refer an already registered account?

No, you cannot refer an already registered account. It must be a new user and never studied in our program before. 

If a person has multiple referrers, the commission will be credited to the referrer whose link was accessed last when the user completed the signup.

There is no difference between the two referral links in terms of earning commissions. You will still earn commissions if the referred user successfully enrolls and completes the full payment for a program.

  • The referral link in your dashboard can be shared with anyone interested in any of the programs.
  • The Share and Earn link is more program-specific, allowing you to share links directly from the MBA, DBA, or MCS pages.

Please note: If the user changes their mind and decides to enroll in a different program, ensure they are logged out of any browser cookies tied to other referral links before signing up using your shared link. This ensures proper tracking and attribution of the commission to you.

What is the minimum withdrawal balance?

You can only make withdrawal when there is a minimum available balance of $50 USD. Please note that there will have a transfer fee where the withdrawal fees will apply. Affiliators will acknowledge the cost of this transfer fee, meaning the final amount received in the PayPal account will be the total withdrawal amount minus the applicable transfer fee.

Is there any transfer fee while withdrawing the commissions?

Yes. According to PayPal Transfer Policy, please note that there is a transfer fee that will apply to all transactions. Affiliators will acknowledge the cost of this transfer fee, meaning the final amount received in the PayPal account will be the total withdrawal amount minus the applicable transfer fee.
