At ACLAS, tuition payments are straightforward, but students should be aware of possible additional fees depending on their chosen payment methods or optional services.
---
1. Installment Payment Fees
If you choose to pay tuition in installments, the following fees may apply:
Handling Fee:
- A $2 handling fee is applied to every installment, regardless of the payment method.
Processing Fee:
- Certain payment platforms charge an additional 6% processing fee.
- Applicable platforms: Wintopay, PayPal, Geoswift, Xendit.
- Example: If paying tuition in three installments via PayPal, a 6% fee is added to each installment.
How to Avoid:
- Use PayMyTuition (local bank transfer), USDT, or Western Union to avoid the 6% processing fee.
You can also mix payment methods for different installments if desired.
---
2. Optional Services with Additional Fees
While tuition covers your program, some optional services may incur extra costs:
| Service | Fee Details |
| --- | --- |
| Apostille Certification | $300 per document (includes notarization and Apostille fee; excludes shipping fees for some of the areas) |
| Hard Copy Certificates/Transcripts | $399 (excludes shipping fees for some of the areas) |
| QualificationCheck Verification | Fees depend on the verification requirements |
Note: These are optional services. You only pay for them if you choose to apply after completing the studies.
---
3. No Late Fees or Hidden Charges
ACLAS does not charge late fees.
Tuition must be fully cleared before you can claim your certificate or transcript.
There are no hidden fees; all charges are clearly listed during the payment process.
---
4. Payment Processor / Platform Fees:
Certain payment platforms charge extra fees to cover transaction costs.
- Convenience / Processing fees via PayMyTuition:
- When using international bank transfers, credit cards, or e-wallets, PayMyTuition may add a small convenience fee charged by the processor.
- This fee is not collected by ACLAS; it goes to the payment processor to cover operational costs.
This ensures students clearly understand what to expect during tuition payments, including any potential additional fees.
