Can I make a refund? What is the refund policy?
Updated at Oct 22, 2026, Viewed 0 times

In most cases, no: once your payment is confirmed and course access has been granted, fees are non-refundable, because the program is considered delivered. There are two exceptions, set out below.

The general rule

After registration confirmation, all fees are deemed non-refundable. Access is typically granted within 3–5 business days of payment verification, and from that point the service is considered fully delivered.

Exceptions

  • Overpayment. If you paid twice or overpaid, the surplus is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of verification (amounts under $10 are credited to your account balance instead).
  • Program cancelled by ACLAS. If we cancel a program or course, you receive a full refund of the fees for that program within 10 business days, with no action needed from you.
  • Deferral. If you cannot start as planned, you may request a deferral; approved fees are credited toward a future enrollment at no extra cost (but are not refunded if you later choose not to enroll).
