How can I know the document submission status?

If you have already uploaded your academic documents and submitted them in the ACLAS Student Portal, here is what you can expect:

1. Status Review



  • After clicking Save and Submit, your status will show as “PENDING” (orange badge).


    • This means your documents are under review by our admissions verification team.



    2. Verification Process




    • Our team checks your transcripts, certificates, and details for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.



    3. Status Update




    • Once your documents are approved, the status will change to “VERIFIED” (green badge).

    • If the current documents are not enough to support your eligibility requirements, the status will change to “REJECTED” (red badge)



    4. Next Steps




    • After verification, you may proceed with the issuance of the digital certificate and academic transcript once you complete the program.
