Once your payment has been processed and verified by ACLAS, you will receive an
official payment confirmation email. This email serves as proof that your tuition or program fee has been successfully received.
What to Expect After Payment:

Email Notification: You will get a confirmation email from ACLAS within
3-5 business days for most payment methods
2.
Account Access: Once your payment is confirmed and verified, your
course materials and program access will be unlocked automatically.
3.
Check Payment Status: You can also verify your payment status by logging into your
Profile > My Programs section. The tuition status will indicate:

“Paid” – Payment fully received and verified

“Partial Payment” – First installment or part of the payment received

“Pending” – Payment verification is still in process
If You Don’t Receive Confirmation:
- Double-check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
- Ensure the payment was made using the email/account registered with ACLAS.
- Contact ACLAS support with your payment reference and screenshot if confirmation hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe. (after 5 business days)
