How do I request my certificate and transcript after completion of my program?

If you have completed your course at ACLAS, congratulations! You are now eligible to apply for your Certificate and Academic Transcript.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have completed all tuition payments, as you will not be able to apply for your certificate or transcript until full payment has been received.

Before You Apply



Before applying for your certificate and transcript, please ensure that you have completed all the following requirements:

1. Complete Your User Profile:
- Fill in all sections of your Profile Information and Academic Background under your account profile.
- Make sure your academic background has been verified before proceeding.
2. Pass All Assessments:
- Ensure that you have successfully completed and passed all required assessments within your program.
3. Complete Full Payment:
- Verify that you have made the full tuition payment for your program.
- You will not be able to apply for your certificate or transcript if any payment is still pending.

Once you have completed these steps, you can proceed with your application through the ACLAS student portal.

Step 1: Go to “My Programs”



1. Log in to your ACLAS account.
2. Navigate to your profile and select “My Programs.”
3. You will see an “Apply” button under both the Academic Transcript and Certificate sections.
- The appearance of this button means you have successfully completed your course and can now apply for your documents.

Step 2: Apply for Your Certificate and Transcript



1. Click the “Apply” button under the Academic Transcript section.
2. Leave a short message to your course consultant, such as:

> “Hi, my name is [Your Name]. I have completed my [MBA/DBA/MCS] course. I would like to apply for my academic transcript.”

3. Repeat the same step for the Certificate section:

> “Hi, my name is [Your Name]. I have completed my [MBA/DBA/MCS] course. I would like to apply for my certificate.”

Tip: Make sure to click Apply for both the Certificate and Academic Transcript to ensure your applications are successfully submitted.

Step 3: Wait for Review



After you submit your applications:

  • The button will change to “Pending.”


    • This means your request has been received and is currently under review by our course consultants.

    • Processing usually takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    • During high enrollment periods, the review process may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Step 4: Check Your Application Status



    You can track your application progress in My Programs:


    • If the status shows “Refused,” it means:


    - You have not completed your full tuition payment, or
    - You have not yet finished your program requirements.

    Once these are resolved, you can click “Apply Again” under the Certificate section to resubmit your request.

    Step 5: Download Your Certificate and Transcript



    Once your application has been approved:


    • The “Download” button will appear under the Academic Transcript and Certificate sections.

    • Click Download to access your official digital documents.

    • You may also choose to add your certificate to your LinkedIn profile directly from your dashboard.

    Additional Services (Optional)



    After receiving your digital documents, you may also:


    • Order hard copies of your certificate and transcript for international delivery with an additional charge.

    • Apply for Apostille certification

    • Submit your documents for QualificationCheck verification for employment or education background screening.



All these options can be accessed through the “My Programs” section of your ACLAS account.
