ACLAS offers flexible installment payment options for MBA, MCS, and DBA programs. You can pay in 2 or 4 installments using one of the following secure payment methods:
PayMyTuition (recommended) – supports payments in 180+ countries and avoids processing fees if you select local bank transfer.
Credit Card – Mastercard or Visa accepted.
PayPal – includes Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Western Union – global money transfer service.
USDT – cryptocurrency payment.
> Important Note: Using credit cards, or e-wallets may include convenience fees charged by the payment processor.

Step-by-Step Guide to Paying in Installments
Step 1: Select Installment options > Plan > Payment Method
Go to Programs (Select the program you want to apply)
Choose to pay with your preferred installment plan.
Select your preferred payment method from the list.
Prepare required documents: ID and Invoice (downloadable after clicking “Place Order”).

2. If you’re using alternative payment methods such as Credit Card, PayPal, or USDT, please make sure to complete your payment on the same payment page.

Step 3: Complete Your First Installment
Follow the guide or payment prompts to submit your first payment.
Processing for payment verification may take 1 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
> Due to a high volume of enrollments, we kindly ask students not to send follow-up emails regarding payment status. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as our team processes all payments in order.

Step 4: Confirm Payment Status
You will be able to receive the email confirmation of payment verification once your payment is confirmed by our admission officer.
Othervise, you can also check by clicking Profile > My Programs
You will be able to see your tuition status. “Partial Payment” indicates you have made one of your installment payments.

Step 5: Start Your Learning Journey
Once your first installment is verified, you will be assigned to the lessons. You can start your courses immediately.
If you do not know where to find your courses, you can go to Profile > My Courses

Step 6: Continue Subsequent Installments
Go to Profile > My Programs > Click Tuition Status: Partial Payment.
Click “Make Payment” to continue with the next installment.
You may select a different payment method if you want for subsequent installments.
