I created an account but haven’t received confirmation. What should I do?

You do not need to wait for a confirmation to activate your account. Once your account is successfully created, you will automatically receive a welcome email from us. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder in case it was filtered there. After creating your account, you can log in right away to browse the portal and explore its features.

After registration, our system automatically sends you a welcome email with some helpful information about getting started. If you don’t see this email in your inbox within a few minutes:

1. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. Sometimes email filters may place it there.
2. If you use custom email filters, make sure messages from our domain are not being blocked.
3. You can also add our email address to your safe sender list to ensure future emails arrive directly in your inbox.

Even if you cannot locate the welcome email, rest assured that your account is already active. As soon as you complete the sign-up process, your account is successfully created and you can log in immediately.

Simply log in to the student portal and you’ll be able to browse the platform, explore available programs, and get familiar with the features right away.
