At ACLAS, we utilize a fully automated system. Student names and personal details are entered entirely by the students themselves during registration; our team does not manually intervene or edit this information.
If you entered incorrect information or need to update your details, you must do so independently through the student portal by following these steps:
Log In: Sign in to your student account.
Access Settings: Click on the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Go to Profile: Select "Profile" from the menu.
Update Details: Edit your name and other personal information.
Crucial Note on Name Accuracy: We strongly recommend that the name you enter matches your Passport or Government issued ID exactly. This ensures your identity is verified correctly and that your name appears accurately on your official Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript.
Complete All Fields: You must fill in all missing or required personal information before the system allows you to click "Save."
Important Notice: Please ensure all information is 100?curate before saving. The data in your profile will be used directly to generate your official graduation documents (Certificate and Transcript). Errors in your profile may lead to incorrect information on your final credentials.
