I have filled in the wrong personal details. How can I change them?

If you have entered incorrect personal details during registration, you can update them through your student portal:

1. Navigate to your Profile Icon (top right).
2. Select User Profile.
3. Go to Profile > Profile Info.
4. Correct the information and click Save.

  • Please ensure all details are accurate, as the information will be used in your certificate and transcript after completion.


    • Your details must also match your payment records. Incorrect names or mismatched information may cause delays or even rejection of your enrollment.
