What should I do after making a payment with Western Union?

After sending your Western Union transfer, send us your MTCN (tracking number) so we can match and collect your payment — this is the step that completes your enrollment.

What to do, step by step

Keep your receipt and MTCN from the Western Union agent or app.
Send the MTCN to us through your student account or support, exactly as printed, together with the sender's name and the amount sent.
Wait for collection and verification. Our authorized collection agent processes transfers during business hours (not on weekends or public holidays), so confirmation is not instant.
Start studying. Once the funds are received and verified, your course access is activated and you will be notified by email.
