What to do if my user accidentally signed out during the referral process?

If a user you referred accidentally signs out from the ACLAS website while completing the enrollment process, the referral may not be tracked, and the commission might not be credited. To prevent losing your affiliate rewards, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Ask the User to Log In Again with the Referral Link
Ensure your referred user logs back into the same ACLAS account they used to start the sign-up process by using your referral link.
They should complete the program registration without closing the browser or logging out.
Step 2: Confirm Enrollment Using Your Referral Link
Make sure your user is doing the enrollment steps in your unique referral link before completing any payments.
This ensures that ACLAS tracks the referral successfully and credits your commission once the payment is verified.
Step 3: Wait for Payment Verification
Once the user completes the program payment, ACLAS administrators will verify it.
After verification, your commission will appear in the “Available Balance” section of your Affiliate Dashboard.
Step 4: Communicate With the User
It’s recommended to guide your referred user through the process and remind them not to log out during registration and payment.
Important Notes:
If the referral cookie expires or the user signs out before completing the payment, the referral will not be counted, and no commission will be awarded.
Each user must remain logged in during the full enrollment and payment process to ensure successful tracking.
