Affiliates will receive their commissions after the referred student has completed the full payment for their enrolled program and the payment has been successfully verified by the ACLAS course administrator.
Commission Eligibility and Processing Timeline
Your affiliate commission will become available based on the following conditions:
1.
Completion of Full Payment:
Commissions are confirmed only after the referred student has paid the entire tuition fee for their program, including all installments if applicable.
2.
No Refund or Suspension:
If the referred student requests a refund, cancels enrollment, or suspends studies, the commission will forfeit.
3.
Verification Period:
Once the student’s final payment is made, ACLAS course administrator will verify the transaction. This process generally takes between
3 to 7 business days.
4.
Balance Update:
After successful verification, the commission will move from the
Pending Balance to the
Available Balance in your affiliate dashboard. At that point, the funds can be withdrawn according to the withdrawal policy.

Affiliate Withdrawal Details
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: USD $50
- Withdrawal Method: PayPal, Payoneer, USDT (Tether – TRC-20 Network)
- Transfer Fee: For specific withdrawal method like PayPal, a PayPal transaction fee applies and will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount. It same goes to USDt (Tether - TRC-20 Network)

If your referred student enrolls in an MBA program using your referral link and completes their payment in full, you will receive a 7.5% commission on the total program amount. The commission will first appear in your
Total Affiliate Earnings, then be transferred to your
Available Balance after verification, making it ready for withdrawal.
