Updated at Feb 6, 2026, Viewed 0 times
ACLAS follows a fixed monthly shipping schedule for all hard copy certificates, transcripts, and Apostille documents. Shipping timelines depend on when your order and payment are completed, as well as the type of documents requested.

---

1. Monthly Shipping Schedule (Important)

We operate on a monthly shipping cycle:

  • Shipping Date: 15th of every month

    • Order Deadline to Be Included: Complete your order and payment on or before the 10th

    • Orders After the 10th: Will be shipped on the 15th of the following month

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

    ---

    2. Hard Copy Certificate and Transcript

Your hard copy documents will only be shipped after you have:

    • Completed your full program

    • Passed all required assessments

    • Completed all tuition payments

    • Submitted the request under My Programs → Apply for Hard Copy Documents

    Preparation Time

Before shipping on the 15th, our team requires time for:

    • Document verification

    • Professional printing

    • Packaging quality check

Please ensure your order is submitted before the monthly cut-off.

    ---

    3. Apostille Certificate

Apostille involves notarization and official authentication.

    Processing Time

    After you apply:

    • Shipped on the next available 15th after completion

    • Tracking number will be provided once dispatched

If your Apostille process finishes after the 10th, it ships the following month.

    4. Shipping Origin and Coverage

To ensure fast global delivery, packages may be shipped from:

    • Houston (USA): primary distribution hub

    • Hong Kong: for Asia and the Middle East

    • Malta (Europe): for Europe and Africa

All documents remain official ACLAS-issued certificates. Regional centers only handle printing and mailing
