Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences recognizes a broad range of academic qualifications for admission into its undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Recognized Degrees and Qualifications
1. Undergraduate Programs (Bachelor’s Degrees at ACLAS)
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED.
- International equivalents of secondary education (e.g., A-Levels, WAEC, HSC, IB Diploma).
- Transfer students with credits from an accredited U.S. or international college/university are also welcome.
2. Postgraduate Programs (Master’s, MBA, DBA, etc.)
- ACLAS programs
- A U.S. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution.
- International equivalents of a bachelor’s degree, subject to verification (e.g., WES, NACES evaluation).
3. If You Don’t Have a Recognized Degree
- Students without a U.S. high school diploma or bachelor’s degree can begin with an ACLAS-specific foundation or bridging program
- These programs are designed to provide the academic credits and skills required to move into a higher-level ACLAS program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
4. English Language Requirements
- Since programs are taught in English, applicants must have a basic understanding of English.
