Why is my transcript missing some grades?
Updated at Feb 6, 2026, Viewed 0 times
If your ACLAS transcript is missing certain grades, it usually means that you have not completed all required assessments or have not passed some assessments.

Common Reasons

1. Incomplete Assessments:

Grades are only recorded after you complete and pass each required assessment. Any unfinished or failed assessments will not appear on your transcript.

2. Unfinished Program Requirements:

Transcripts reflect only the courses and modules you have fully completed. If you haven’t completed all mandatory components in your program, the transcript will not display them.

Next Steps

  • Review your course progress in My Programs to identify incomplete or failed assessments.

    • Complete and pass any pending assessments.

    • Once all requirements are met, your transcript will automatically update to show all completed grades.
