Why is there a pending balance in my affiliate earnings?
Updated at Feb 6, 2026, Viewed 0 times
Your total affiliate earnings represent the total amount you will eventually receive, which includes both your available balance and your pending balance.

The pending balance is the portion of your earnings that is on hold temporarily. This happens because the student (your referred friend) has not yet completed the full payment for their ACLAS program. Once their payment is verified and fully processed, the pending amount will be released to your available balance.

Reasons why your earnings may show as “Pending”:

  • The referred student has not completed the full payment for the program.

    • The payment is awaiting verification or confirmation from the payment provider.

    • The student discontinued or canceled their enrollment before completing payment.

> In short, the pending balance simply means the referral transaction is not yet finalized. Once your friend’s enrollment and payment are fully confirmed, the amount will automatically move to your available balance for withdrawal.
